The paper of record in Northeast Arkansas has informed me not to call any longer. They have refused to divulge the whereabouts and pertinent information, of JR Rogers State Rep, ie contact info., and the editor has demanded I not call them for news and information. What in the hell is going on in Northeast Arkansas?
